If your Christian church or ministry does not have a web presence online, you are missing out on reaching THIS generation!
No matter what generation you belong to, ALL OF US have witnessed the power of the mobile phone in our lives. I find it both amusing and disgusting how a group of people can be hanging out, to enjoy each other’s company, and be completely engrossed in their phones.
Nowadays you can get directions to anywhere, find anything, shop, play games, apply for a job, and share your life…up to minute with text and photos. You can completely interact with people through your favorite device.
Surprisingly, in looking at a very popular website’s stats in Google Analytics, I learned that over 40% of visitors to that website are coming on a mobile device! I’d rather enjoy a full large display view of most websites, but that’s just me. I was shocked to confirm how powerful the mobile device grip on us really is!
One more thing we can do with our mobile devices is look for a church… and many do! Our hunger to fill that empty space, to connect with God who created us and gave us this incredible life, needs to be satisfied even to this day.
To have or not to have a church website… that IS NOT the question! Yes, of course you should have a website for your church, and a very well designed, functional, interesting, informative, interactive one at that. Today’s young adults, young parents, the parents with teens, and the one’s looking for God are searching for YOU!
I recently talked to a potential client, who’s church attendance is down to 20 people. I repeat… 20 people. They are located in a rural area and may soon become extinct if they don’t hop on one of the greatest, most powerful, people reaching platforms known to man. THE INTERNET. I pray they move forward.
We have done our best to offer some INCREDIBLE all-inclusive affordable website packages to Christian ministries, churches, non-profits, and businesses, to get them online and reaching with world with their message. There’s isn’t any good reason to NOT have an online presence.
Last year, Exodus Design Studios celebrated our 20th Anniversary. We have worked with clients around the world…every continent except Antarctica! Any day now, I expect someone (maybe even a penguin) to call us for a great Christian website design. Who knows…God is SOOOO GOOD… anything is possible!
Bottom line, it’s 2019 and you should get a website if you don’t have one. Maybe you have one…BUT if your website was built before 2016, your website MAY NOT doing it’s job.
